Terms of service.

GENERAL

  • Not all requests are accepted.

  • The artist may cancel at any time for any reason with a notice of cancellation.

  • Artwork is original and of the artist.

  • Default formats are PNG for static and GIF for animated.

PRICE, PAYMENT, & REFUND

  • Payment is through VGen, in full, and a prerequisite for work.

  • There are no refunds once a payment is made.

  • Full refund may be included with a notice of cancellation.

  • Price at payment may differ from advertisement if opting for add-on(s).

  • Advertised prices may update periodically.

REVISIONS

  • There are no revisions by default.

  • Some services may have revision add-on options.

  • The artist may volunteer a revision at their leisure.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Allow for 1 month after payment for the creative process.

  • Broad revision may confound the process.

  • Some add-ons, or combination of, may prolong the process.

  • Deliverable will be made available via VGen.

  • Deliverable may be made available via socials without NDA.

USEAGE AND RIGHTS

  • The artist and client share the right to use the created work for personal effect and commercial endeavors, personal use and commercial use.

  • The artist retains all rights and copyright and may grant limited rights to third parties.

  • A third party to this agreement (e.g. a vtuber who is the subject of the created work) shares the right to use the created work for personal effect and commercial endeavors, personal use and commercial use.

  • Credit the artist in appropriate settings, following social norms, as @HaxClassic or haxclassic35 where name-sniped (twitch) or hax.

  • Merchandising usage bares a fee which the client may add on.

  • Reselling the artwork, misrepresenting the artwork as the creation of anyone other than the artist, using the artwork in the process of producing an ai or ai-product, using the artwork with an ai or ai-product to produce or experience something else, and other actions that would reasonably break the trust of the artist are all prohibited.

  • The client forfeits all rights to the artwork upon breaching this agreement.

REQUEST TABOOS

  • Must be Youtube/Twitch/Discord friendly.

  • Must be aligned with the subject's guidelines and wishes if such exist.

  • No past or present talents of Cover Corp or Anycolor Inc.

  • Requests for furry, mecha, nsfw, gore are done at the client's peril and are discouraged.

  • Links to all of the artist's socials are available through haxclassic.com.

  • If a line of these terms were found to be unenforceable by law, that line may be severed to preserve the agreement.

By accepting these terms of service you agree that you have read and understand them and you swear in good faith to abide by them.
